How to Check Your Order Status
The easiest way to check your order status is through your NO SAINT account.
Simply:
Log in to your account at nosaint.co
Navigate to "My Orders" in the Menu (located on the top right side of the Shop page)
Select the specific order you'd like to track
You can also check your order status directly using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Understanding Order Status Descriptions
Your order will move through several stages:
Order Received: We've received your order and preparing for dispatch or pick up
Preparing for shipment: If you placed a 30-min same day delivery order or a scheduled order, you'll receive additional delivery status emails from our fulfillment partner
Shipped: Your order is on its way!
Delivered: Your package has been delivered according to our carrier's tracking information
Ready for Collection: For in-store pickup orders, your items are ready to collect at the NO SAINT Soho location (3 Bateman St. London W1D 4AE)
Shipping Timeframes
Next day orders dispatch on the same business day and should arrive next business day. Same day orders arrive depending on selected delivery window and immediate orders are dispatched right away.
In-Store Pickup at Bateman St. Location
For orders selected with the "Pickup" option:
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection
Bring your order confirmation email and valid photo ID to our store at 3 Bateman St., Soho, London
Store hours: Monday-Sunday 10am-10pm
Orders are held for 7 days after the "Ready for Collection" notification
