How to Check Your Order Status
The easiest way to check your order status is through your NO SAINT account.
Simply:
Log in to your account at nosaint.co
Navigate to "My Orders" in the Menu (located on the top right side of the Shop page)
Select the specific order you'd like to track
You can also check your order status directly using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Understanding Order Status Descriptions
Your order will move through several stages:
Order Received: We've received your order and preparing for dispatch or pick up
Preparing for shipment: If you placed an immediate same day delivery order or a scheduled order, you'll receive additional delivery status emails from our fulfillment partner
Shipped: Your order is on its way!
Delivered: Your package has been delivered according to our carrier's tracking information
Shipping Timeframes
Next day orders dispatch on the same business day (if placed before 15:00) and should arrive next business day.
