You've browsed our collection, found your perfect NO SAINT pods, checked out successfully, but there's no confirmation email in sight. Don't worry—this happens occasionally, and there are several simple ways to verify your order and get that peace of mind.

First, Check Your Spam Folder

Before anything else:

  • Look in your email's spam, junk, or promotions folders

  • Search your inbox for "NO SAINT" or "order confirmation"

  • If found, make sure to mark the email "not junk"

  • Check any alternative email addresses you might have used

Order confirmations are typically sent within minutes of purchase completion, but email filters sometimes redirect these messages away from your primary inbox.

Verify Your Order Through Your Account

Even without an email confirmation, your order is likely recorded in our system:

  1. Log in to your NO SAINT account at nosaint.co using the same email address you've used for the order.

  2. Navigate to "My Orders" from the Menu.

  3. Your recent purchase should appear in your order history.

  4. Check that the order status shows as "Order Received" or "Processing".

If you see your order listed, rest assured it has been received despite the missing confirmation email. You should also see your order confirmation there.

Check Your Payment Method

Another way to verify your order went through:

  • Review your credit card or payment account for a pending charge from NO SAINT

  • A pending transaction indicates your order was successfully placed

  • Note that some payment methods may take 24-48 hours to display the transaction

If you can't locate your order in your account:

    • Full name

    • Date of purchase

    • Items ordered

    • Last four digits of the payment card used (for verification)
