Our team works efficiently to process and dispatch orders quickly, which means there's only a brief window for making changes:
Orders can typically be canceled or modified within a short time window after placement; this window depends on your selected delivery option
Once an order enters the "Processing" status, modifications become limited
Orders already marked as "Shipped" or "Fulfilled" cannot be canceled
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please immediately email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. If possible, the team will help you cancel. Note that because we are trying to get you product as soon as possible, it's often too late to cancel.
Modifying Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order rather than cancel it completely, here are your options:
What Can Be Modified?
Shipping address (if the order hasn't been processed yet).
Adding or removing items (if the order hasn't been processed).
How to Request Modifications
Email [email protected] with your order number and specific modification details.
Include "ORDER MODIFICATION REQUEST: [Order Number]" in the subject line.
Our team will respond to confirm if the changes can be made.
Already Shipped? Return Options
If your order has already shipped and you still need to make changes:
Standard Return Policy applies.
For In-Store Pickup Orders
If you selected in-store pickup at our NO SAINT Soho (3 Bateman St.) location:
Cancellations can be made any time before collection.
To modify your pickup order, contact our support team at [email protected].
Uncollected orders will be returned to inventory after 7 days.
