Life doesn't always go according to plan. You might need to stay late at work, change your plans for the day, or realize you entered the wrong address during checkout. At NO SAINT, we understand that flexibility matters when it comes to receiving your order. Here's what you need to know about modifying your delivery details.

Delivery Instructions

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you'll receive an email from Quiver with a link to manage your delivery. There, you can add delivery instructions or notes for the driver.

These instructions can include:

  • Gate codes or building access information

  • Preferred placement of your package ("Leave behind the planter")

  • Specific directions for finding your address

  • Safe spaces to leave the package if you're not available

Adding clear instructions helps ensure a smooth delivery experience and reduces the chances of delivery complications.

Time or Address Changes

For Next-Day Deliveries

  • Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your change request

  • Include your order number and specific changes needed

  • Understand that delivery windows for next-day shipments are tightly managed by the carrier

While we'll try our best to help, we can't guarantee changes will be processed in time once your order is in transit. Carriers typically lock in delivery routes early in the morning, making last-minute changes challenging.

To avoid delivery complications in the future:
