Can I change the time or address for my delivery?

Life doesn't always go according to plan. You might need to stay late at work, change your plans for the day, or realize you entered the wrong address during checkout. At NO SAINT, we understand that flexibility matters when it comes to receiving your order. Here's what you need to know about modifying your delivery details.

Delivery Instructions

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you'll receive an email from Quiver with a link to manage your delivery. There, you can add delivery instructions or notes for the driver.

These instructions can include:

  • Gate codes or building access information

  • Preferred placement of your package ("Leave behind the planter")

  • Specific directions for finding your address

  • Safe spaces to leave the package if you're not available

Adding clear instructions helps ensure a smooth delivery experience and reduces the chances of delivery complications.

Time or Address Changes

For 30-minute or Scheduled Deliveries

For our premium Quiver delivery service, which offers precise delivery windows:

  • Email our delivery partner Quiver directly at [email protected] to request a time or address change or you can WhatsApp message them at +44 7723 454264

  • Include your order number, current delivery details, and requested changes

  • Provide a contact phone number where they can reach you quickly if needed

  • Submit changes as early as possible to increase the likelihood of accommodation

Quiver will do their best to accommodate your request depending on the delivery status. Please note that once a driver has been assigned and is en route, changes become more difficult to implement.

For Next-Day Deliveries

If you've selected our next-day delivery service:

  • Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your change request

  • Include your order number and specific changes needed

  • Understand that delivery windows for next-day shipments are tightly managed by the carrier

While we'll try our best to help, we can't guarantee changes will be processed in time once your order is in transit. Carriers typically lock in delivery routes early in the morning, making last-minute changes challenging.

How Much Notice Is Required?

For the best chance of successfully modifying your delivery:

  • Quiver Same-Day Deliveries: As soon as possible before the delivery driver is dispatched

  • Quiver Scheduled Deliveries: At least 2 hours before your scheduled window

  • Next-Day Deliveries: By 2 PM the day before delivery

Address Change Limitations

Please note these important restrictions on address changes:

  • Delivery address changes must be within the same city/service area

  • For security reasons, significant address changes may require verification

  • Some postal codes may not be eligible for certain delivery methods

Planning Ahead for Future Orders

To avoid delivery complications in the future:

  • Double-check your address details during checkout

  • Consider shipping to your workplace if home deliveries are challenging

  • Use the address autofill feature to reduce the chance of errors
