When I insert the pod, the device doesn’t respond

  • Remove the pod and re-insert it.

  • Make sure it’s firmly and fully engaged.

  • Make sure The Vaporiser is charged.

  • Green lights mean you’re good to go.

  • Red lights flashing from side to side means:

    It appears your device may be locked. Please follow these steps to unlock it:

    Insert and remove your pod quickly five times in a row. The lights should turn green after the fifth insertion. Please ensure this is done in one quick, continuous motion (under 2.5s)

    This action toggles the lock on your device. If this happens again, you can simply repeat these steps.
