What do the lights on my vaporiser mean?

NO SAINT Vaporiser Light Indicator Guide

Your NO SAINT vaporiser uses LED lights to communicate what’s happening with your device. Here’s a breakdown of each colour and what it means:

Two middle blinking red LEDs

Pod not recognized

The vaporiser cannot authenticate the pod. This means either the connection wasn’t great, or the pod isn’t genuine (less likely).

  • Remove the pod and re-insert it.

  • Make sure it’s firmly and fully engaged.

  • Green lights mean you’re good to go.

Device locked for age verification

This means The Vaporiser has been temporarily locked to prevent underage use. Most people will not see this.

  • Tap and hold your phone on the logo side of The Vaporiser. Remember, tapping or “Magic Tap” uses NFC. NFC is found at the top edge of your iPhone just above the camera, and somewhere between the top and center of your Android phone (Android phones vary). Your Phone should be unlocked when tapping. You will see a link notification - tap and follow.

  • Follow the on-screen age verification process to unlock.

Flashing orange

Empty pod

All good things come to an end. Your pod is out of liquid. Replace the pod with a new one.

Flashing single green LED

Low battery

Your device needs to be charged.

  • Plug in using an appropriate (5V, not higher, 1A or higher) USB-C charger.

  • A full charge takes under an hour.

  • You’ll see four solid green lights when fully charged.

Blinking green LEDs

Self explanatory while charging. Device will show you that it is getting charged with the level shown by the number of lights that stay on.

Device too cold

Let the device return to room temperature before use. You are unlikely to see this unless you're visiting Yeti or skiing with our team in Northern Canada, in extremely cold conditions.

Device too hot

Let the device return to room temperature before use. You might see this if you left the device in the sun or in a hot car. You should avoid this situation. Even though the device will be fine as soon as it cools off, your pod may leak or malfunction (heated liquid in a closed pod is not a great thing).
