If your payment has been declined at checkout, we understand how inconvenient that can be.

Please review the following and trying again

1. Verify your payment details
Ensure that your card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address are entered correctly. Even small discrepancies can result in a declined transaction.

2. Confirm your payment method is supported
We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • VISA

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Please note that other card types or unsupported digital wallets may not be processed successfully.

3. Contact your card issuer
In some cases, banks or credit card providers may block a transaction for security reasons — particularly if it’s your first time shopping with us or if the purchase appears unusual. Reaching out to them directly can help clarify and lift any holds.

4. Try an alternative payment method
If the problem persists, you may wish to complete your purchase using a different card or supported payment service.
