Important Return Restrictions
For hygiene and safety reasons:
We cannot accept returns of e-liquid products, cartridges, or pods.
Device returns are only accepted if unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact
These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly described products.
Return Requirements
All returns must be:
In original, unopened packaging
Accompanied by original proof of purchase
Returned within 14 days of cancellation notification
Refund Processing
We will inspect returned items and process refunds within 14 days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds include original delivery charges (except for partial returns or premium delivery options)
Return shipping costs may be reimbursed at our discretion
Faulty Products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy
Contact customer service immediately upon receiving a faulty product
We will arrange for return and provide either replacement or full refund
Reasonable return shipping costs will be covered
Return Exceptions
Promotional items, customized products, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless faulty.
Products with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
