I see a "Can't access your camera" error.

This means you need to give permission to access your device's camera.

If you received this error message during the verification flow, you will need to enable camera permissions for your device and/or browser in order to complete the flow.

Most browsers and devices require explicit permission before allowing websites to access your camera.

Purpose of Camera Access

The NO SAINT age verification system requires temporary camera access to:

  • Take a selfie to make sure you're a real person and and adult

  • Capture an image of your government-issued identification

  • In certain cases, take another facial verification image to match with your ID

Note: camera access is limited to the verification process only. Once complete, the application will not access your camera again unless you initiate another verification procedure.
